Computer Resources of America, Inc. (CRA), an award-winning managed IT solutions firm based in New York City, has been awarded a contract to provide dispatch IT support services for a leading global retailer with stores in over 150 countries. The services will augment the retailer’s remote central help desk with CRA being the retailer’s dispatch arm handling all IT support aspects for the retailer’s NYC office.
