Chico is President and CEO of Computer Resources of America. He is adept at aligning growth strategies with agile, future-focused processes and technology. Chico is involved in several community outreach programs and is an avid golfer.
Rico and his team of consultants are responsible for enabling our clients’ businesses through solutions involving cloud computing, virtualization, networking, unified communications, systems management and information security.
Rico has worked at CRA since 1998 and has been actively involved in shaping our technology solutions roadmap while working with our engineering team to extend that knowledge to our clients. During his tenure, he’s continually embraced new technologies and led many successful client projects. He has a long and demonstrated track record of mapping solutions to business needs and is an invaluable resource to CRA and its clients.
Gene joined CRA as a Technical Services Manager in September of 2007. He has a deep domain experience in IT infrastructure, project management, ITSM and service delivery. Gene has responsibilities for leading project delivery teams across a program that services a large client roster. He has an extensive track record of being able to identify and implement innovative technology solutions to improve business performance and works closely with clients, systems engineers and architects to find the balance between cost, scope, and quality and bring each engagement in on time, and on budget. Gene continually strives for top-notch customer satisfaction.
Chris leads the procurement team and interfaces directly with our clients to scope out needs and map them to technical specifications aligned to industry leading products. His responsibilities also include internal vendor management and he is a liaison with Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, HP, Dell and companies we partner with for services. Chris works very closely with our non-profits, financial services organisations and our smaller and mid-market clients.
Chris is detailed and very results-driven with a focus on providing timely, high-quality services.
Tony joined CRA in 2012, and has quickly established himself as one of the leaders at the firm - both as a team member as well as an advocate for his clients. He has broad experience as a managing consultant for the non-profit, big Pharma and financial services industry sectors and has been involved in a very wide range of technology delivery throughout a 15+ year career. He is responsible for ensuring the excellence and efficiency of operations at CRA, from customer-facing services to the ongoing development of CRA’s staff and technology resources. Tony is a CUNY graduate. He speaks English and Japanese.
Nadira takes care of our most important asset – our people. She is the HR manager and has helped to streamline internal workflows and processes. She has a ready ear and a smile and works closely with all of our teams. Nadira has proven to be a highly valued contributor to both our success and the ongoing development of our consulting staff.
Hugo has responsibilities for internal administration and tracking operational workflows with a focus on maximizing efficiencies and refining business growth pathways. He has other interests in automating accounting and critical workflow processes. Hugo graduated from Baruch College, CUNY with a degree in Finance and Investments.
Mike drives the staffing and talent acquisition side of our business. He identifies and sources qualified resources for short and long term staffing engagements for clients on our roster across all of the industry verticals we service. These include non-profits, financial services organisations and many of our smaller and mid-market clients.
Mike is results-driven with a focus on providing talent that’s right-sized for unique customer needs.
Dillon oversees our Managed Services team. He and his team are responsible for enabling our clients’ business through solutions that involve cloud computing, virtualization, networking, systems management and information security.
Dillon develops and implements technology initiatives and service delivery processes within an ITIL framework to benefit our client engagements and has fully embraced the culture of CRA which encourages living a balanced life and supports continual professional development.
Chris is a driven leader and sports enthusiast whose competitive nature started at a young age and heightened as a division one athlete at Quinnipiac University.
Chris utilizes what he learned through sports at CRA to drive all sales activities across the organization and oversees the engagement management team. He ensures that CRA’s service offerings are positioned correctly in the verticals it services. Chris is adept at working with our customers to identify innovative technology solutions that are right-sized and that improve business performance.
Chris is an active member in the NYC community and spends his weekends coaching two lacrosse teams. A Rhode Island native, Chris is usually routing on his Boston sports team despite being in enemy territory. When not competing, Chris can be found exploring the infinite number of hidden sights in the NYC area.
Anthony Conti is a Rhode Island native and the youngest of four siblings. A born entrepreneur, he left the smallest state for the big city building character through his experience. His business talent started at a young age and evolved more at Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford.
Through his years of development, Anthony has built client relationships with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience. At CRA Anthony is active in all client engagements and sales activities.
An outdoorsman, Anthony can be found escaping the city where he enjoys hiking, fishing, and snowboarding. Anthony has a BSBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Minor in Management from the University of Hartford.
