As an example, we recently helped a client experiencing inefficiency in their IT department. They were using internal staff. While this can be efficient, the lack of knowledge among the staff and a lack of checks and balances led to a significant drop in productivity. After fully assessing the situation we suggested our Manage360 solution and infrastructure overhaul. This improved the client’s network stability, uptime and network resiliency.
The meat of the case, though, is in how CRA responded to a network failure that resulted in the entire network going down for two days when a switch port failed. Our highly skilled staff were able to strategize on the fly and get to work to fix the problem, and restore everything to normal, as quickly as possible.

Not only was the problem fixed but by signing with CRA the company realized a significant savings over the previous year’s IT budget, reduced their ticket volume by nearly 80% and benefited from a complete network overhaul.
